Feydoraa jewellery is designed to be worn beautifully, but silver requires the right care to maintain its shine. Silver naturally reacts with moisture, sweat, perfume, chemicals, and air over time. With simple care, your jewellery can stay clean, bright, and wearable for longer.

Before Wearing

Wear your jewellery after applying perfume, lotion, sunscreen, makeup, or hair spray. These products can settle on the surface of silver and make it look dull faster.

Avoid wearing jewellery immediately after applying body oil or cream. Let your skin dry first, then wear your jewellery.

While Wearing

Try to avoid wearing your jewellery during:

Gym
Shower
Swimming
Spa
Sleeping
Heavy sweating
House cleaning
Cooking with strong spices or chemicals

Sweat, chlorine, soap, shampoo, sanitiser, and cleaning liquids can affect the polish and shine of silver.

After Wearing

After every use, gently wipe your jewellery with a soft, dry cloth before storing it. This removes sweat, oil, and dust from the surface.

Do not leave jewellery open on dressing tables, bathroom shelves, or near windows. Moisture and air exposure can make silver tarnish faster.

How to Store Your Jewellery

Store each piece separately in a dry pouch, box, or zip-lock bag. This helps prevent scratches and reduces air exposure.

Do not keep multiple pieces together without separation, especially rings, chains, and earrings. They can rub against each other and create fine scratches.

How to Clean Silver Jewellery

For Tarnish

Silver can naturally turn slightly yellow, black, or dull over time. This is called tarnish. It does not mean the jewellery is fake or damaged.

Store earrings as pairs so they do not get scratched or bent.

For tiny studs or delicate drops, avoid pulling them from the decorative part. Hold them from the base or closure while removing.

Store chains and bracelets flat or closed properly to avoid tangling.

Do not pull delicate chains with force. Thin silver chains can bend, twist, or break if handled roughly.

Remove bracelets before sleeping, showering, or doing household work.
